I have a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in electrical engineering from Simon Fraser University, and I'm working towards my Masters degree in Journalism at Columbia University, specializing in magazine writing and investigative reporting.

I've lived in Vancouver, B.C.; Brighton, UK; Ottawa; San Jose, CA; Whitehorse, Yukon; and I'm now based in Manhattan.
